Scouting at Home

While Troop 16 is social distancing to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 in our community, we continue to meet regularly and progress in rank advancement and merit badge completions over Zoom.

Virtual Troop Meetings and Advancement

We meet every Monday night from 7:00-8:00 p.m. over Zoom to learn new skills, have fun, and check in on each other. We use Zoom’s Breakout Rooms to allow patrols to review requirements that are focused on rank advancements. When Scouts are ready to advance, they can schedule Scoutmaster Conferences and Boards of Review over Zoom — just email the Scoutmaster or the Advancement Chair, and we’ll get it scheduled!

Hopefully, we will all be meeting again in-person very soon, but in the meantime, please use the resources on this page to remain engaged and continue on the path to Eagle!
